For your convenience we offer reservations for all your party needs. You should reserve your equipment well in advance. Upon receipt of the deposit, the rental items are reserved for the renter and guaranteed for the date of the reservation. Please make your selection carefully. We do require a nonrefundable payment of 20% of the rental fees for items to be rented, which is due at the time of signing our contract. This payment in NONREFUNDABLE in the event that the renter cancels any reserved rental items. A 50% deposit is required on all barbecues, canopies, dance floors, table linens, and staging. 100% Deposit is required for all decorated items.
The renter is responsible for equipment from the time of pickup to the time of return. The renter is also responsible for keeping rented items safe and protected from damage while in renter's possession. The renter agrees that if the rented items are returned to dealer in a condition other than the condition received, the renter will pay the amount necessary to return the rented item(s) to its former condition. The renter is responsible for the full replacement costs of all rented items that are broken, chipped, damaged, lost or stolen from the time of pickup to the time of return. If you receive any chipped, broken or damaged items upon rental, please notify us immediately. In not doing so, the renter assumes all responsibility for the damages.
There is a $50 cleaning deposit on all barbecue rentals and a 30% cleaning deposit on all dance floor rentals. All dishes must be returned cleaned, this means free of any food and/or liquids. Any items returned dirty are subject to a minimum $30 cleaning fee or 25% of the rental total, whichever is greater.
Our rental rates are for a 24-hour rental period; if long-term rental is needed please call for a price. Full and final payment is due for all rental and resale items at the time of pick up. Renters will not receive rental items and supplies if not paid in full. Charge accounts will be the only exception to the above statement. All rental items are charged from the time the rented items are in renter’s possession. No allowance is made for any period of time when the rented items are not in actual use. For your convenience, wedding events are allowed to pick up rental equipment Friday after 12:00 p.m. and return Sunday before 12:00 p.m. for the 24-hour rental rate. If the equipment is returned after the time due there will be an additional daily charge per item.
All resale items must be paid in full before leaving the store. All resale items may be returned as long as the item remains unopened and you have your receipt. Special orders will require a 50% restocking fee. We do offer napkin imprinting which needs to be paid in full at the time that the order is made. Special orders and wedding invitations are also available with a 50% deposit, which is required at time of ordering. Sorry, no returns or refunds on invitation orders, imprinted napkins, table skirting or aisle runners.
